Deploy a national-scale portal co-facilitated by the UN FAO to coordinate youth-led agri-food initiatives, policy labs, and cross-province collaboration across Nepal.
Core Contributions
- Strategic Content Architecture: Engineered a sophisticated single-site WordPress ecosystem that aggregates provincial-level updates, research, and innovation labs into a centralized national narrative.

Custom Data Modeling: Utilized Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types to manage complex datasets—such as event schedules, speaker profiles, and youth-led project portfolios—without relying on bulky, third-party bloat.

Stakeholder-Driven Interface: Designed the WordPress backend to be intuitive for non-technical administrative teams, ensuring that regional leads can easily contribute content while maintaining the platform’s professional, high-standard branding.
