DMS Assisted Transport – Disability Service Platform

About this Project
Role: Full-Stack Web Developer
The Challenge
DMS Assisted Transport provides critical, NDIS-compliant mobility services in Australia. The challenge was to build a secure, user-friendly digital interface that could manage complex logistics: handling bookings for aged care, medical appointments, and school runs, while ensuring the platform met the rigorous compliance and trust requirements of the Australian healthcare and disability support sector.
Core Contributions
-
End-to-End Full-Stack Development: Architected and deployed the entire platform, handling everything from the client-facing front end to the database-driven backend, ensuring high performance, uptime, and secure data handling.
-
Complex Logistics Architecture: Designed an intuitive booking and scheduling system that allows clients with varying mobility needs (wheelchair access, specialized support) to request transport while providing the administrative team with a clear, manageable workflow.
-
Compliance & Trust Engineering: Developed the site to reflect the high standards of NDIS and Aged Care sectors. Integrated clear “Trust Signals”—such as booking transparency, service clarity, and detailed safety information—to convert visitor interest into service requests.
-
Mobile-Optimized Experience: Engineered a responsive interface that functions perfectly for users on the go, including caregivers and families who need to book transport quickly from mobile devices.
-
Backend Optimization: Built a robust system to handle client data and service requests, prioritizing data security and reliable communication between the client and the dispatch team.
Key Features
-
Service-Specific Landing Pages: Created dedicated portals for NDIS, Aged Care, Veteran transport, and School Runs to improve SEO and user relevance.
-
Frictionless Booking & Inquiry Flow: Implemented clear CTAs and structured contact forms that minimize user effort while maximizing lead quality for the dispatchers.
-
Trust & Safety Infrastructure: Integrated detailed terms of service, accessibility information, and clear pricing structure, essential for building professional credibility in the Australian care market.
